We want you to love your Caroline Hjerpe jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on all standard collection pieces. Please note that custom-made rings and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization and receive the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service; please retain your tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
